Future Proofing Forestry Employment

We have a real problem recruiting young into the industry and this will get more acute as timber harvests rise in the coming years.  Everyone in the supply chain needs to get behind a new government backed initiative to educate youngsters about the many different opportunities our industry offers and engage in showcasing their work and providing work experience and training.
